Each unit measures 10'x20' and range between a 200 sqft, 1 bed, 1 bath to the largest model planned which is a 1200 sqft, 3 bed 2 bath unit! Our pricing is VERY simple, and is available in 3 different options...
$29,900 per section U-BUILD-IT, Each section comes prepackaged with ALL necessary components for your home
$39,900 per section WE-BUILD-IT, Each section of your home is delivered COMPLETE and ready to hook up to connections
$TBD per section MOVE IN READY, we handle everything! From land acquisition (In Texas) and utility installation to making your home MOVE-IN READY, we will handle it all!
Also, for all the developers, yes there are tiered discounts with bulk orders.
