We want energy independence to be easy. This is a very simple, efficient system. It can be tied back to the power grid should you so desire, but that is a seperate job to be performed by your electrician. The backup rechargable system comes with  8 250w panels , a 2kw or 5kw inverter, and either 5000 ah or 10000 ah backup battery supply depending on if the 2KW or 5KW system is selected. This also upgrades all light fixtures to LED bulbs for less power draw. These will also be mounted on the roof. There will be a small, $1,500 upcharge should a roof top deck be installed as this will require onsite construction of a platform.
